Every person you encounter either personally or through the media is of benefit to you when you realize they are here to teach you a lesson. You can choose to love and forgive them. But, that  is not the forgiveness  which says I am great and you are small. The forgiveness you give comes in the realization that you create everything in your life and when you forgive others you forgive yourself because we are all one.  When you see something in another that you do not like, you are looking in the mirror.  It really reveals what you do not like in yourself. When you have negative thoughts about your neighbors, other religions, criminals and even your ex spouse,  you help create a worldwide thought pattern that brings wars, strife and chaos. True forgiveness is the path from the dream of separation.
