To forgive persons use the following:   “Blank (Al, Alice etc.) …….  is spirit innocent and whole all is forgiven all is released.”   Use this phrase on everyone you encounter who causes you discomfort.

      Another powerful phrase is:  ” I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.”   This phrase can be used not only to forgive in the present, but also any people in your past.

 The second phrase can also be used on any (perceived) wrongs that come into your experience…be it by word, media or vision. By using it you then heal / forgive the people involved.
